- What you buy. A venue report for each Google Maps venue you list: a PDF of 30+ pages in English or Thai, as you choose. A report in both languages is two purchases. It is built from publicly available reviews and public reviewer profiles.
- Price. US$30 per venue. Prices include 7% VAT. Up to 20 venues per order; for more, contact us.
- Payment is by card, through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds.
- Delivery. By email. We aim to deliver within 5–10 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding Thai public holidays). If a venue is not delivered within 10 business days, the refund in §7 applies.
- The venues you choose. We check that each link opens a Google Maps place. We recommend at least 300 Google reviews for an insightful report, and you may order any venue. Every report has 30+ pages; a venue with fewer reviews gets less detail on some pages.
- Tax documents. A receipt/tax invoice (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี) is issued when you pay. For a full tax invoice with your business details, tick "I need a full tax invoice" at checkout, or reply to your receipt email with your business name, address, tax ID, and head office or branch number.
- Refunds.
- If a venue is not delivered within 10 business days, or cannot be identified, that venue is refunded in full.
- Once a report is delivered, it is not refundable, because it is a digital product prepared for you.
- If a delivered report has a material error, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it or refund that venue.
- Use of the report. For your own business use. Do not resell or publish it in full without our written permission.
- What the report is. Reports are based on publicly available data, processed in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and PDPA. Not endorsed by the businesses named. Each report is an analysis of public data at the date it is prepared, not professional advice. We take care with every figure, but we do not guarantee any business outcome.
- Liability. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow a limit.
- Law. These terms are governed by Thai law.
